dESIGNER vIOLENCE did deadmau5 the favour of remixing his new track, "Sofi needs a ladder". Despite the fact that we went a little more straight-ahead with this remix, we still totally ripped it up.
Remixing is one of the great modern day inventions. Its right up there with all-day breakfast.
When it comes to remixing, there seem to be two very common applications:
You get the radical reconstructed remix and you get the I-want-this-to-chart/be-a-club-hit remix.

We love remixing and love even more when we use as little parts from the original as possible. But, we still want Dj's to play our tracks as well, coz asides from hype and promotion, that is kinda the main purpose of a remix.
